The bed was comfy. But I don't understand why the pillows are so small. Everything in the US is meant to be bigger except for bed pillows for some reason. BAD pillows.

The staff was nice Morning Front Desk Manager was professional and helpful. Afternoon Management very helpful. Rooms were clean, but the doors to the rooms need upgrading.

The hotel and staff were fine. The room was great with a coffee maker microwave and fridge. The bathroom was nice and the shower had good pressure. The staff were all great.

Weve stayed at many places in inner harbor. This location was by far the worst. You are literally in the hood. I could not get parking in the parking lot so I had to park on the street. I honestly was worried someone would break into my car. I was very uncomfortable walking in and out of the property. When we first pulled up a crackhead/homeless man was coming out of the facility. I said oh this is going to be fun. BUT however I can say I was proven wrong. The staff were kind and the lobby was clean. Our room was small but clean and updated. I was comfortable in our room. I would not stay at this location again but would stay at another LaQuinta
